摘要
基于有限元理论,运用ANSYS软件建立了滚珠丝杠轴承座的实体模型,对滚珠丝杠轴承座静态特性进行了有限元分析,给出了滚珠丝杠轴承座在约束和载荷作用下的应力云图和位移云图,计算结果表明滚珠丝杠轴承座强度满足设计要求,为滚珠丝杠轴承座的优化设计提供了理论参考。
The entity model of a ball screw bearing block is established with ANSYS software based on finite element theory,the static characteristics of the ball screw bearing block is analyzed using finite element method,the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of the ball screw bearing block under the applied constraint and load condition are given,these results show that the intensity of the ball screw bearing block could meet the design requirements,provide theoretical reference for the optimization design of the ball screw bearing block.
