摘要 当前大多数有关航运及港口复杂网络的研究对苏伊士运河各项指标的排名都未体现出其在网络中的重要性。对此,基于集装箱船运营规则,提出一种集装箱港口复杂网络构建方法。利用船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)数据构建一种L空间全球集装箱港口有向加权复杂网络,明确通过航道和港口即增加网络连接的原则,认为将标准箱数量作为权重能更准确地得到集装箱港口在网络中的重要性。以2021年发生的苏伊士运河堵塞事件为例,对年度统计数据网络中苏伊士运河的各项网络指标排名进行分析,采用节点强度指标对该事件发生前后该运河逐日的动态进行探究,验证该网络构建方法的有效性。结果表明,采用该网络构建方法构建的港口网络符合实际航运贸易情况。 The impact of Suez-Canal-related factors have been underestimated in most studies on complex network of shipping and ports.The event of the Suez Canal blockage in March 2021 proved the fact.Actual operation rules of container ships are emphasized in this study.A directional weighted complex network of global container ports in L-space is established according to ship AIS(Automatic Identification System)data,with the principle that the ports along the Suez Canal go into the network as ships pass through the Canal.Weighing is based on TEU instead of voyage,because the former reflects more directly the actual importance of each port.The advantages of the method are verified through analyzing the daily dynamic node strength before,during and after the Suez Canal blockage event.
