农村成人教育助力农村“空心化”治理研究

农村“空心化”实质上是城乡发展不平衡的产物,它表现为经济“空心化”、政治“空心化”、文化“空心化”、人口“空心化”等四方面,对于农村发展产生着深刻的影响。通过分析四川省自贡市沿滩区的治理过程,可以得出农村成人教育在自身资源、教学形式、联系实际等方面具有显著优势,可以助力农村“空心化”治理。在效益指向机制、要素融合机制、质量优化机制等的规范下,通过提高资金投入、健全政策保障,完善农村成人教育体系构建,提高农民自我治理意识,改革农村成人教育方式这四大策略,提供具体思路,推进农村发展的现代化进程。

The"hollowing"of the countryside is essentially the product of the uneven development of urban and rural areas.It is manifested in four aspects:the“hollowing”of the economy,the“hollowing of politics”,the“hollowing”of culture,and the“hollowing”of population.It has a profound impact on rural development.Through the analysis of the governance process in the Yantan area of Zigong City,Sichuan Province,it can be concluded that the rural adult education has significant advantages in terms of its own resources,teaching methods,and connection with reality,which help rural“hollow”governance.Under the regulation of benefitoriented mechanism,element integration mechanism,and quality optimization mechanism,the four major strategies of increasing capital investment,improving policy guarantees,improving the construction of rural adult education systems,improving farmers’awareness of selfgovernance,and reforming rural adult education methods,promote rural areas the modernization process of development.
