针刺结合中药治疗脑梗死的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析在脑梗死治疗中予以针刺结合中药治疗的临床效果。方法研究中选取该院2019年1月—2021年8月间收治的脑梗死患者45例为研究对象;采取随机数表法将采集患者均分为两组,采取中药治疗的23例患者纳对照组,采取针刺结合中药治疗的22例纳入观察组。对比观察在不同治疗方案干预下两组患者的治疗效果、神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、运动功能(FMA)以及、生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果观察组总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分为(11.32±1.79)分,低于对照组的(15.69±2.48)分,Barthel指数评分及FMA评分分别为(63.27±5.44)分、(82.59±1.87)分,高于对照组的(55.96±5.79)分、(75.64±1.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.751、4.360、13.932,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.525、7.343、8.899、10.548,P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死治疗中予以针刺结合中药治疗效果显著,能够有助于提升患者生活质量,进而减轻其神经功能缺损程度,提升患者日常生活活动能力,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods In the study,45 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects;the random number table method was used to divide the collected patients into two groups,and 23 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were included in the control group,22 cases treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine were included in the observation group.The treatment effect,the degree of neurological impairment(NIHSS),the ability of daily living(Barthel index),the motor function(FMA)and the quality of life score(SF-36)of the two groups of patients under the intervention of different treatment plans were compared and observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 65.22% of the control group.The difference was significant(χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was(11.32±1.79)points,which was lower than that of the control group(15.69±2.48)points,Barthel index score and FMA score were(63.27±5.44)points,(82.59±1.87)points,which were higher than the control group(55.96±5.79)points,(75.64±1.46)points,the difference was significant(t=6.751,4.360,13.932,P<0.05);The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.525,7.343,8.899,10.548,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a significant effect,which can help improve the quality of life of patients,thereby reducing the degree of neurological deficits and improving the patients'activities of daily living.It is worthy of promotion.
