小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗暴露性角膜炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel in Treatment of Exposed Keratitis

目的:研究小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗暴露性角膜炎的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月~2020年5月在我院就诊的暴露性角膜炎患者88例88眼,随机分为试验组和对照组各44例,试验组采用氧氟沙星滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,对照组采用氧氟沙星滴眼液联合红霉素眼膏治疗,疗程14天,观察两组治疗效果。结果:试验组痊愈率为61.4%、总有效率为93.2%,高于对照组的22.7%、81.8%(P<0.05):观察过程中未见局部刺激和全身不良反应。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗暴露性角膜炎疗效确切。

Objective:To study the efficacy of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel in the treatment of exposed keratitis.Methods:88 cases(88 eyes)of patients with keratitis exposed in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Ofloxacin Eye Drops combined with Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel.The control group was treated by Ofloxacin Eye Drops combined with Erythromycin Eye Ointment.The treatment course was 14 days,and the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed.Results:The cure rate was 61.4%and the total effective rate was 93.2%in the experimental group,which was higher than 22.7%and 81.8%in the control group(P<0.05);No local irritation and systemic adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel is effective in the treatment of exposed keratitis.
