摘要
岸边集装箱起重机(岸桥)铰点的振动信号中蕴含着丰富的工作状态信息。针对铰点工作状态的识别问题,提出基于混沌理论的铰点状态识别方法,并以上海某集装箱码头岸桥的实测数据为例进行分析,验证方法的可行性和有效性。运用功率谱法和Lyapunov指数法分析铰点振动信号,验证了铰点振动信号的混沌特性;然后,基于混沌理论重构铰点振动信号的混沌吸引子,以最大Lyapunov指数和混沌吸引子的结构特征作为指标识别铰点工作状态。研究结果表明:该方法准确、稳定,具有一定的工程价值和研究空间。
Aiming at the recognition problem of working state of the hinge points of quayside container cranes,a method based on chaos theory was proposed to analyze the vibration signals of the hinge points which contain abundant working state information. The actual measured data of the quayside container crane of a container terminal in Shanghai was analyzed to validate the feasibility and the effectiveness of this method. Firstly,the power spectrum method and the Lyapunov exponent method were used to analyze the vibration signals of hinge points,which verified that the vibration signals of hinge points have chaotic characteristics. Then,based on the chaos theory,the chaotic attractors of the vibration signals of hinge points were reconstructed,and the maximum Lyapunov exponent and the structural features of the attractors were used as the indicators to identify the working state. The results show that this method is accurate and stable,and has certain engineering value and research space.
