摘要
利用YBG202涂层刀具对0Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢工件材料进行干切削试验。采用高精度电子显微镜(SEM)观察分析刀具前刀面、后刀面和切削刃等磨损形态,结合能谱仪(EDS)扫描结果进行综合分析。结果表明:在YBG202涂层刀具加工0Cr18Ni9奥氏体时,刀具的主要磨损形式为后刀面磨损、边界磨损和刀尖破损;刀具主要磨损机理为扩散磨损和粘接磨损。
The dry cutting test of 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel workpiece material is carried out by YBG202 coated tool.By scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS),the damage form and wear mechanism of rake face,flank and cutting edge are analyzed.The results show that when cutting the 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel with YBG202 coating tool,the main wear forms of the tool are the back surface wear,boundary wear and tip damage.The wear mechanism of cutter is mainly bond wear and diffusion wear.
