摘要
某热成型板汽车B柱在整车碰撞试验后发生开裂,对其进行断口分析、微观组织检验、力学性能研究,综合分析了其开裂原因。结果表明,该热成型板B柱由于焊接工艺问题,使用的CO_(2)气体保护焊在焊缝不完全正火区,存在异常的贝氏体组织,且有带状组织存在,硬度远低于正常部位及技术要求,在碰撞后发生开裂。
An automotive B-pillar made of thermoformed steel plates was cracked after the vehicle crash test.Fracture failure analysis of automotive B-pillar was carried out by means of fracture analysis,microstructure examination and mechanical properties testing.The results show that the B-pillar cracked at the incompletely normalized zone of GMAW welding joint.The metallographic structure is bainite and banded structure,whose hardness is much lower than normal position and technical requirements.
