炼油厂转型方案比较

摘要 为积极应对日益激烈的成品油市场竞争,不断适应能源结构变化,规划炼厂由燃料油型向燃料—化工型炼厂转型,将产品由汽油、煤油、柴油等油品通过DCC催化裂解装置转换成丙烯、苯乙烯等化工原料,打造企业发展升级版。通过不同加工方案比较,分析各加工方案的投资,资产回报率,产品分布,公用工程消耗情况等内容,为炼油厂转型发展提供依据。 In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition of refined oil products,we has to constantly adapt to the changes in energy structure.So the transformation of refineries from fuel oil type to fuel-chemical type is urgent.As to create an upgraded version of enterprise development,the products from gasoline,kerosene and diesel oil are converted into chemical raw materials such as propylene and styrene through DCC catalytic cracking unit.Through the comparison of different processing schemes,this paper analyzes the investment,return on assets,distribution of products,consumption of public works and other contents of each processing scheme,providing a basis for the transformation and development of the company.
