高校科研档案云计算管理模式探析

Analysis on the Cloud Computing Management Mode of University Scientific Research Archives

2020年11月正式施行的新版《科学技术研究档案管理规定》增设了“科研电子档案”的管理要求。高校科研电子档案作为一种数据运用云计算管理,从传统人力管理转变为高速度智能化档案管理治理。通过重新认知新《规定》视角下科研档案的时代特点与重要意义,分析存在的问题和困难,并提出运用云计算管理高校科研档案新趋势,探讨相应的管理模式建构策略。

The new version of the“Regulations on the Management of Scientific and Technological Research Archives”officially implemented in November 2020 added the management requirements for“scientific research electronic archives”.As a kind of data,the electronic archives of scientific research in colleges and universities are managed by cloud computing,which has transformed from traditional human management to high-speed intelligent archive management.By recognizing the characteristics and significance of scientific research archives from the perspective of the new“Regulations”,this paper analyzed the existing problems and difficulties,propose new trends in the use of cloud computing to manage scientific research files in colleges and universities,and discussed corresponding management model construction strategies.
