摘要
自国网提出建设三型两网以来,电网在物联网技术的支撑下进行了扩展升级。碳中和、碳达峰等重要指导概念的提出,对电网进一步提高感知能力与感知深度、提高智能化自动化水平等方面提出了更高的要求。在配电侧,我国传统的电力信息采集系统的采集频率一般为小时级,少部分实现了15分钟级的采集,采集颗粒度仍然较粗,对于配电自动化应用升级设置了障碍。文章提出了配电台区的分钟级采集方案,对现有台区智能电表、采集器、集中器、关口表等进行硬件改造升级,立足分钟级采集实际需求进行软件协议升级与扩展。在实现分钟级采集的基础上,文章提出用户相位识别、户变纠错、光伏出力拟合等配电台区拓展应用,为配电台区自动化、智能化升级提出针对性方案。
Since the national network proposed the construction of three types of two networks,the power grid has been expanded and upgraded under the support of the Internet of things technology.Carbon neutralization,carbon peak and other important guiding concepts have put forward higher requirements for the power grid to further improve the perception ability and depth,improve the level of intelligent automation and so on.On the distribution side,the collection frequency of the traditional power information acquisition system in China is generally at the hour level,and a small number of them have achieved the collection at the level of 15 minutes,and the collection granularity is still coarse,which sets up obstacles for the upgrading of distribution automation applications.This paper puts forward the minute-level acquisition scheme of the distribution station area,carries on the hardware transformation and upgrade to the existing intelligent electric meter,collector,concentrator,gate table and so on,and upgrades and expands the software protocol based on the actual requirements of minute-level acquisition.Based on the realization of minute-level acquisition,this paper puts forward the expanded applications of distribution station area,such as user phase identification,household transformation error correction,photovoltaic output fitting and so on,and puts forward a targeted scheme for the automation and intelligent upgrade of distribution station area.
