摘要
目的:调查蚌埠市大学生外卖饮食情况,提高大学生健康饮食意识。方法:采取问卷调查、数据分析的方法进行调查研究。结果:蚌埠市大学生就餐方式多数为食堂就餐,点外卖频率整体不高,点外卖原因主要为外卖食品种类繁多、味道好,点外卖时段主要为午餐、晚餐时段,时长多数为10~20 min,外卖的温度多数为适中,点外卖更偏爱偏辣食物,选择饮品多数为奶茶、果汁、碳酸饮料,点外卖食物类型多数为肉类、汤面,吃外卖饱腹程度多为八九分饱。大学生遇到外卖中含异物、变质成分的频率整体较低。结论:蚌埠市大学生健康饮食习惯与外卖卫生状况有待提高,需加强健康饮食宣传和食品卫生监管。
Objective:To investigate the take-out diet of college students in Bengbu city,so as to improve their awareness of healthy diet.Methods:Questionnaire survey and data analysis were used to investigate and study.Results:Most college students in Bengbu eat in the cafeteria,and the frequency of take-out is not high as a whole.The main reasons for take-out are various kinds and good taste.The take-out time is mainly lunch and dinner time,most of which lasts for 10~20 minutes.The temperature of take-out is moderate.Most of the drinks are milk tea,fruit juice and carbonated drinks.The types of take-out food are mostly meat and noodle soup,and the take-out food is full.The frequency of foreign bodies and spoiled ingredients in college students’takeout is generally low.Conclusions:The healthy eating habits and take-out hygiene of college students in Bengbu need to be improved,and the publicity of healthy eating and food hygiene supervision should be strengthened.
