薄弱环节管理对重症手足口病患儿临床疗效的影响

Influence of Weak Link Management on Clinical Efficacy of Children with Severe Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的探讨薄弱环节管理对重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿临床疗效的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年5月于淅川县妇幼保健院接受常规护理的42例重症HFMD患儿为对照组,选取2020年12月至2021年5月于淅川县妇幼保健院接受薄弱环节管理的43例重症HFMD患儿为观察组。比较两组患儿经护理干预后的临床症状消退时间、临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果观察组手足疱疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间、退热时间、恢复排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),对照组为80.95%(34/42),两组治疗效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生7例,对照组发生15例,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强薄弱环节管理可以尽快消除HFMD患儿的临床症状,提高临床疗效,并能有效减轻护理期间的并发症。

Objective To explore the impact of weak link management on the clinical efficacy of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 42 children with severe HFMD who received routine care in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xichuan from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected as control group,and 43 cases of severe HFMD who received weak link management in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xichuan from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected as observation group.The clinical symptom fading time,clinical curative effect and complications of two groups of children after nursing intervention were compared.Results The time of hand and foot herpes regression,oral ulcer regression,fever reduction time,recovery of exhaust and hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month’s nursing,the total effective rate of treatment was 95.35%(41/43)in the observation group and 80.95%(34/42)in the control group.The difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications occurred in 7 cases in the observation group and 15 cases in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of weak links can eliminate the clinical symptoms of children with HFMD as soon as possible,improve the clinical efficacy,and effectively reduce the complications during nursing.
