摘要
目的缓解或解决文物陈列方式单一、信息介绍单调、体验互动较少,以及未能全面展现文物的文化内涵,游客在参观中存在参观过程盲目、参观兴趣不足、收获较少等问题。方法运用移情理念的方法指导文物传播移动应用设计,通过对移情理念与文物传播的文献梳理和实践分析,提出移情理念下文物传播移动应用的设计过程;运用"参与式移情观察"与"表达式用户参与"两种移情调研方法输出"用户移情图";运用移情理念中的主观情感测评量表对用户使用产品的体验进行分析,进而输出移情理念下文物传播移动应用设计策略。结论创新性提出移情理念下文物传播移动应用的设计过程,即在视觉层、交互层、情感层三个层面进行设计,并总结其设计策略,旨在推动文物传播移动应用的发展。
This paper aims to alleviate or solve the problems of cultural relics displays in a single way, the monotonous information introduction, less interactive experience, and failure to fully display the cultural connotation of cultural relics. During the visit, tourists have the problems of blindness, insufficient interest and less gain in the visit. Through combing and practical analysis of the literature of empathy and cultural relics communication, the design process of empathic concept for mobile applications of cultural relics is proposed by using the method of empathy to guide the design of mobile applications for cultural relics communication, “user empathy map” is output by using “participatory empathy observation” and “expression user participation” two empathy research methods;the user’s experience of using the product analysis is carried out by using the subjective sentiment assessment scale in the empathy concept, and then the design strategies of cultural relics communication mobile application under the concept of empathy are output. The concept of empathy is put forward innovatively, which is the design process of the mobile application of cultural relics communication, that is, design at three levels: visual layer, interactive layer, and emotional layer, and its design strategy is summarized to promote the development of cultural relics mobile application.
