Construction of Social Support System for Rural Vulnerable Groups from the Perspective of Common Prosperity

促进农村困弱群体共同富裕是我国全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要内容。农村困弱群体的共同富裕是共进性富裕和纵向比较的相对富裕。实现困弱群体的共同富裕需要制定共富型社会政策,要提高公共政策和社会政策水平,制定和发展家庭政策,做好公共服务和社会服务,强化具有中国特点的自然支持体系、政府的正式支持体系和民间的社会支持体系,以促进困弱群体的相对富裕感。

Promoting common prosperity of the vulnerable groups in rural areas is a crucial part of China's fully building a modern socialist country.Common prosperity of the vulnerable groups in rural areas can be viewed as both co-progressive prosperity and relative prosperity from vertical comparison.To achieve common prosperity of the vulnerable groups,the development of common-prosperity social policies should be placed most emphasis.It is also imperative to improve the quality of public and social policies,promote family policies,advance the provision of public and social services,and strengthen the natural,formal and informal social support systems.All the above contributes to the improvement of the sense of relative prosperity for the vulnerable groups.
