摘要
目的:探讨分析在对上肢周围神经病变患者进行神经电生理检查时用鞍状电极代替指环电极检测其正中神经、尺神经传导速度及波幅的可行性。方法:选取东莞市东华医院2020年8月至2021年5月期间收治的上肢周围神经病变患者50例作为研究对象。在对这些患者进行神经电生理检查时,为其分别采用指环电极与鞍状电极检测正中神经、尺神经的传导速度及波幅,然后比较检测结果。结果:1)为这些患者采用指环电极检测尺神经传导速度及波幅的结果显示,其尺神经的传导速度为(50.2±5.5)m/s,其尺神经的传导波幅为(14.3±4.2)mV。为这些患者采用鞍状电极检测尺神经传导速度及波幅的结果显示,其尺神经的传导速度为(50.4±5.8)m/s,其尺神经的传导波幅为(14.6±4.4)mV。为这些患者采用指环电极与鞍状电极检测尺神经传导速度及波幅的结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)为这些患者采用指环电极检测正中神经传导速度及波幅的结果显示,其正中神经的传导速度为(43.6±7.8)m/s,其正中神经的传导波幅为(8.8±3.8)mV。为这些患者采用鞍状电极检测正中神经传导速度及波幅的结果显示,其正中神经的传导速度为(42.9±8.0)m/s,其正中神经的传导波幅为(8.5±2.5)mV。为这些患者采用指环电极与鞍状电极检测正中神经传导速度及波幅的结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对上肢周围神经病变患者进行神经电生理检查时用鞍状电极代替指环电极检测其正中神经、尺神经的传导速度及波幅切实可行。
Objective:To explore and analyze the feasibility of using saddle electrode instead of ring electrode to detect the conduction velocity and amplitude of median nerve and ulnar nerve in patients with upper extremity peripheral neuropathy during electrophysiological examination.Methods:Fifty patients with upper extremity peripheral neuropathy admitted to Donghua Hospital of Dongguan city from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The conduction velocity and amplitude of median nerve and ulnar nerve were measured by ring electrode and saddle electrode,and the results were compared.Results:1)The ulnar nerve conduction velocity was(50.2±5.5)m/s and the ulnar nerve conduction amplitude was(14.3±4.2)mV.The ulnar nerve conduction velocity was(50.4±5.8)m/s and the ulnar nerve conduction amplitude was(14.6±4.4)mV.The results of measuring ulnar nerve conduction velocity and amplitude by ring electrode and saddle electrode for these patients showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).2)The median nerve conduction velocity and amplitude were measured by ring electrode in these patients,and the median nerve conduction velocity was(43.6±7.8)m/s,and the median nerve conduction amplitude was(8.8±3.8)mV.The median nerve conduction velocity was(42.9±8.0)m/s and the median nerve conduction amplitude was(8.5±2.5)mV.There was no significant difference between ring electrode and saddle electrode in measuring median nerve conduction velocity and amplitude(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to use saddle electrode instead of ring electrode to detect the conduction velocity and amplitude of median nerve and ulnar nerve in patients with upper limb peripheral neuropathy.
