摘要
针对小位移量桥梁无缝伸缩缝材料存在的问题,开发了一种高性能聚氨酯弹性混凝土。本文系统评价其力学性能、抗冲击性能、高低温性能、弹性恢复能力及与混凝土粘结性能。试验结果表明,高性能聚氨酯弹性混凝土具有良好的综合性能,对解决桥梁无缝伸缩缝材料耐久性差等技术难题具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems of materials for small displacement bridge seamless expansion joints,this paper developed high-performance polyurethane elastic concrete,and systematically evaluated its mechanical property,impact resistance,high and low temperature property,elastic recovery capability and bonding property with concrete.The test results showed that high-performance polyurethane elastic concrete had good comprehensive performance,which was of great significance to solve technical problems as poor durability of bridge seamless expansion joint materials.
