开放科学环境下我国科技期刊面临的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges Faced by Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals in Open Science Environment

科学技术的发展日新月异,经济现代化和全球化进程加快,开放科学因其协作性、高效性、透明性迎来了高速发展,逐渐成为全球科技创新和信息传播的共同趋势。通过梳理开放科学的发展历程,介绍国内外开放获取机构体系和开放科学的发展前景,分析在开放获取环境下出版模式、出版伦理、传播方式对我国科技期刊发展的影响,从科技期刊编辑的角度针对改变科研工作者传统观念、开放科学平台建设、数据共享等方面提出了创新举措,力图在开放科学快速发展的环境下实现我国科技期刊的跨越式发展。

With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated process of economic modernization and globalization,open science has witnessed rapid development due to its collaboration,high-efficiency and transparency,and has gradually become the common trend of global scientific and technological innovation and information dissemination.By combing the development process of open science,this paper introduces the institutional system of open access and the development prospect of open science at home and abroad.The influence of publishing mode,publishing ethics and communication mode on the development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals under the open science environment is analyzed.From the point of view of sci-tech periodical editors,some innovative measures are put forward to change the traditional concepts of scientific researchers,build the open science platform and share data in order to realize the leap-forward development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals under the environment of rapid development of open science.
