摘要
教学督导制度是高校构建提升教学质量的一种机制,是高校生存发展的基本保证。针对在线教学的教学载体主次不清晰、教学任务不明确、教学资源更新不力,面授课、直播课中教师教学责任心不强、学生学习目的不纯等问题,提出创建以网上在线教学为主、面授及直播课为辅的教学模式,建设课程平台、强化在线教学组织力度、针对不同课程进行分类的教学设计、加强教师队伍建设等建议和对策。
Teaching supervision system is a mechanism constructed by colleges and universities to improve the quality of teaching.Strengthening teaching improved by supervision is the basic guarantee for the survival and development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes and reviews the teaching and supervision of Hainan Open University.Aiming at the problems of unclear primary and secondary teaching carriers of online teaching,unclear teaching tasks,inadequate updating of teaching resources,inadequate teaching responsibility on face-to-face teaching and live class,and impure learning goals on students,it is proposed that online teaching should be used as the main one and face-to-face,and live teaching models are supplemented;and also it is suggested to strengthen the construction of the course platform,and the online teaching organization,classify and design the teaching according to different courses,and strengthen the construction of the teaching team.
