镇肝熄风汤加减联合针灸治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效观察

Observation on effect of modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with acupuncture for cognitive dysfunction after stroke

目的分析脑卒中后认知功能障碍疾病的特点、患者治疗需求,评价镇肝熄风汤加减联合针灸治疗的预后康复效果。方法80例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合镇肝熄风汤加减+针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、认知功能及日常生活活动能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及改良Barthel指数评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组MMSE评分(27.20±2.30)分及改良Barthel指数评分(66.60±6.50)分高于对照组的(23.50±2.10)、(45.50±5.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤与针灸配合治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍效果理想、安全性高,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of cognitive dysfunction after stroke and the treatment needs of patients,and evaluate the prognostic and rehabilitation effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction after stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and patients in the observation group received Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and modified Barthel index score of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the MMSE score(27.20±2.30)points and modified Barthel index score(66.60±6.50)points of the observation group were higher than(23.50±2.10)and(45.50±5.50)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and acupuncture has an ideal effect,high safety in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke,and can promote the recovery of patients.
