飞机环境控制系统研究

Research on Aircraft Environmental Control System

对飞机环境控制系统进行了研究,从气源系统、座舱压力调节系统、制冷系统、加温系统、空气分配系统五个方面对环控系统进行介绍。重点对涡轮通风式、两轮升压式、三轮升压式、四轮升压式和蒸发循环制冷系统进行了研究,分析了不同制冷方式的优缺点,展望了飞机环控系统发展的趋势,综合环境控制系统和综合热管理系统可以作为飞机环控系统设计的参考。

The aircraft environmental control system is studied,and the environmental control system is introduced from five aspects:air source system,cockpit pressure regulation system,refrigeration system,heating system and air distribution system.This paper focuses on the research of turbine ventilation,two wheel boost,three wheel boost,four wheel boost and evaporative cycle refrigeration systems,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different refrigeration methods.The development trend of aircraft environmental control system is prospected.Integrated environmental control system and integrated thermal management system can be used as a reference for the design of aircraft environmental control system.
