乡村振兴背景下湘西州农产品供应链的优化与创新

Optimization and innovation of agricultural products supply chain in Xiangxi prefecture under the background of rural revitalization

湘西土家族苗族自治州(简称湘西州)位于湖南省西北部武陵山区腹地,是2013年全国最穷的33个市州之一,是习近平总书记关于精准扶贫重要论述的首倡地。2020年底,湘西州所辖贫困县全部脱贫摘帽,约65.6万贫困人口全部脱贫。困扰湘西州千百年的绝对贫困问题得到有效解决,创造了精准脱贫的"湘西样本"。在国家实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,湘西州将建成全国脱贫地区乡村振兴示范区、国家级特色农产品优势区作为新的战略目标。建立并完善农产品物流体系,成为湘西州实现这一目标的首要任务。通过运用SWOT模型分析湘西州农产品物流现状,提出了农产品供应链的优化与创新策略,以促进农产品物流发展,助力乡村振兴。

Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous prefecture is located in the hinterland of Wuling Mountain in northwestern Hunan province. It is one of the 33 poorest cities and prefectures in the country in 2013. It is the first place for General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on precision poverty alleviation. By the end of 2020, all poverty-stricken counties under the jurisdiction of Xiangxi prefecture were lifted out of poverty. The 656,000 impoverished people in Xiangxi prefecture were lifted out of poverty, and the absolute poverty problem that has plagued Xiangxi prefecture for thousands of years was lifted, creating a "Xiangxi sample" for precise poverty alleviation. In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, Xiangxi prefecture proposed the strategic goal of building a national demonstration area for rural revitalization in poverty alleviation areas and a national-level characteristic agricultural product advantage area. However, the current agricultural logistics system in Xiangxi prefecture is relatively incomplete.This article uses the SWOT model to analyze the current situation of agricultural product logistics in Xiangxi prefecture,and proposes optimization and innovation strategies for the agricultural product supply chain in Xiangxi prefecture to promote the development of agricultural product logistics in Xiangxi prefecture and help the rural revitalization of Xiangxi prefecture.
