摘要
当煤矿出现意外坍塌事故时,顶板下塌所产生的冲击载荷会直接作用于液压支架顶梁,易造成液压支架关键部位损坏。针对这一问题,以ZY9000/22/45D掩护式液压支架为例,分析了液压支架的受力状态,在Workbench软件中对液压支架进行有限元分析,得到了液压支架的应力和变形云图。由于液压支架顶梁的受载点在实际工况中具有不确定性,在顶梁上选取多个作用点施加冲击载荷进行瞬态动力学仿真,得到了液压支架在不同位置冲击载荷作用下的顶梁柱窝、立柱铰接销轴和掩护梁处铰接销轴的应力变化。为液压支架的强度设计和冲击试验分析提供了理论依据。
When an accidental collapse occurs in a coal mine,the impact load generated by the roof will directly act on the canopy of the hydraulic support,which is easy to cause damage to the key parts of the hydraulic support.In response to this problem,taking the ZY9000/22/45 D shielded hydraulic support as an example,the force state of the hydraulic support was analyzed,and the finite element analysis was applied to the hydraulic support in the Workbench software,and the stress and deformation cloud diagram of the hydraulic support were obtained.Since the loading point of the canopy of the hydraulic support is uncertain in the actual working conditions,multiple points of application were selected on the canopy to apply an impact load for transient dynamic simulation.Then,the stress changes of the hinge pin at the column socket,the column and the hinge pin at the shield beam of the hydraulic support under the impact load of different positions were obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the strength design and impact test analysis of the hydraulic support.
