摘要
为了解"5+3"培养模式下长学制医学生在当前医疗环境下的职业规划及职业认同情况,通过网络问卷调查形式,对上海某医学高校不同年级"5+3"长学制临床专业313名学生展开调查。结果显示,有81.15%的学生觉得职业规划很重要;医学生的职业认同感整体均分是3.774,高于平均分,但随着年级的升高,职业规划认知及职业认同感整体呈下降趋势。由此提出医学生职业规划及职业认同感需从多个层面共同努力,分阶段进行针对性职业规划教育,方能建立良好的知业观和择业观。
This research is designed to investigate the status of career planning and professional identity of the long-term medical students of“5+3”cultivating mode.An online questionnaire survey was conducted for 313 clinical medical students among different grades of“5+3”programs in a medical university at Shanghai.The results showed that 81.15%(254)of students said that career planning was very important;the overall average score of medical students’professional identity was 3.774,which was higher than the average score(3 points).However,the awareness of career planning and overall sense of professional identity have been on the decline as students move into higher grades.This paper proposes that a better career planning and professional identity can be established though joint efforts,from different aspects and at different stages.
