产前标准化积极体验联合中医穴位按摩对初产妇产程及分娩疼痛的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Standardized Active Prenatal Experience Combined with TCM Acupoint Massage on Primipara’s Labor and Labor Pain

目的:以中山陈星海医院有限公司产科中初产患者为例,探讨研究产前标准化积极体验联合中医穴位按摩对初产妇产程及分娩疼痛的影响。方法:将100例患者分成实验组与对照组,两组各50例。实验组予以产前标准化积极体验联合中医穴位按摩,对照组予以常规护理。结果:实验组总产程时间为(8.23±1.45h)短于对照组。实验组患者宫口开3cm、5cm、10cm时VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,(p<0.05)。结论:产前标准化积极体验联合中医穴位按摩能加快初产妇产程,降低初产妇的分娩疼痛。

Objective: To explore the effect of standardized active prenatal experience combined with TCM acupoint massage on primipara’s labor and labor pain by taking primiparous patients in the Department of Obstetrics, Zhongshan Chen Xinghai Hospital Co., Ltd. as an example. Methods: 100 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group received standardized prenatal and active experience combined with TCM acupoint massage, and the control group received routine nursing care. Results: The total labor time of the experimental group was(8.23±1.45 h) shorter than that of the control group. The VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group when the uterine opening was 3 cm, 5 cm, and 10 cm, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized and active prenatal experience combined with TCM acupoint massage can speed up the labor process of the primipara and reduce the labor pain of the primipara.
