摘要
以湖南师范大学“爱尔兰华侨基金”为例,对推动“三全育人”格局背景下高校发展性资助育人模式进行探究。将“三全育人”理念融入高校资助育人工作,探究高校发展性资助育人的内涵、模式,对湖南师范大学全程育人、全员育人、全方位育人的资助工作进行实践探索,立足“扶困、扶志、扶智”原则,构建资助育人新局面,着力培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和可靠接班人。在“三全育人”格局背景下,推动构建高校发展性资助育人模式是高校资助育人工作的创新之举,也是应势之措。
Through taking“Irish Overseas Chinese Fund”of Hunan Normal University as an example,the study explores the developmental funding education model for colleges under the background of“Three-full Education”pattern,promotes the integration of the concept of“Three-full Education”into the funding education work of colleges,and explores the connotation and mode of the developmental funding for colleges.Hunan Normal University explores the practice of funding work through full education,all-staff education and all-round education.Based on the principle of“helping the poor,helping the will,and helping the intelligence”,we will build a new situation of funding education,and focus on cultivating socialist builders and reliable successors who are fully developed in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.Under the background of“Three-full Education”pattern,the promotion of the establishment of developmental funding education model for colleges is the innovative and necessary measure of subsidization education.
