摘要
为解决采煤面过空巷时极易造成片帮、漏顶,分析对比锚网补强支护、液压单体点柱支护和墩柱充填支护后,运用高水材料充填后较大的塑性变形力学性能,选定高水材料墩柱充填支护方案。墩柱充填支护后,采煤面受空巷采动影响较小,基本控制住了采煤面片帮漏顶现象,可见墩柱充填在采面过空巷中对空巷的支护效果明显。
In order to solve the problem of sheet slope and roof leakage when the coal face passes through the empty roadway,after analyzing and comparing the mechanical properties of anchor mesh reinforcement support,hydraulic single point column support and pier column filling support,the mechanical properties of plastic deformation after filling with high water material are analyzed and compared,and the pier column filling support scheme of high water material is selected.After the filling and support of pier column,the coal mining face is less affected by the mining of empty roadway,and the phenomenon of roof leakage of coal mining face is basically controlled,so it can be seen that the supporting effect of pier column filling in goaf roadway is obvious.
