Research on the Path of Improving the Efficiency of Modernization of National Governance System and Governance Ability

随着国家经济的不断发展,我国在国际上的地位愈发重要,但同时也面临着不少困难和挑战。经济基础的飞速进步导致上层建筑亟待调整和完善,尤其是来自全球共时性的治理危机和自身转型所带来的治理困境摆在中国共产党的面前。中国共产党和人民政府应在全面深化改革的进程中完成“服务型政府”的角色转变、提升国家治理法治化水平、推进治理体系和治理能力现代化。

With the continuous development of national economy,China’s international status has become more and more important,but the country also faces many difficulties and challenges.The rapid progress of economic foundation has led to the urgent need of adjusting and improving the superstructure,especially the governance crisis emerged from global synchronicity and the governance dilemma brought about by its own transformation are placed in front of the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China and the people’s government should complete the transformation of the role of a“service-oriented government”in the process of comprehensively deepening reform,improve the level of legalization of national governance,and promote the modernization of governance system and governance ability.
