检察法律文书是检察机关办案的基础,对展开检察工作十分重要。近年在检察机关工作中深入展开了网络办案工作,因此导致在检察法律文书的运用中产生了新的问题和状况。原有的法律文书应用系统已不能适应信息化条件下检察办案工作的要求。因此,本文就信息化技术条件下的检查法律文书进行阐述。

Procuratorial legal documents are the basis for procuratorates to handle cases and are very important for the development of procuratorial work.In recent years,procuratorates have carried out wide network case handling work,which has led to new problems and situations in the use of procuratorial legal documents.The original legal document application system can no longer meet the requirements of procuratorial work at the conditions of informationization.Therefore,this article elaborates on the procuratorial legal documents at the conditions of informationization technology.
