摘要
目的:探讨改进专科医院引才工作,提高引才成效。方法:运用“HR(Human resource)模型”工作法,对引才工作中存在的问题进行分析,制定针对性措施,并实施改进。结果:通过对2018年至2020年医院高层次人才数据进行比较分析,实施“HR模型”工作法后,高层次人才数量和质量明显提高。结论:“HR模型”工作法能够促进妇幼专科医院引才工作的持续改进,促进医院人才建设可持续发展。
Objective:To improve the work of talent introduction in specialized hospitals and improve the effect of talent introduc⁃tion.Methods:Using“HR(Human resource)model”toanalyze the existing problem sintherec ruitmentwork,formulate targeted measures,and implement improvement.Results:Through the comparative analysis of the data of high-level talent sinhospital from 2018 to 2020,the⁃number and quality of high-level talent sweresignificant lyimproved after the implementation of“HR model”workingmethod.Conclusion:The“HR model”working method can promote the continuous improvement of talent introduction work and thesustainable development of hospital talents.
