复方甘草酸苷片联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效评价

Evaluation of the Cosmetic Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets Combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Patients with Glucocorticoid-dependent Dermatitis

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的美容效果。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月笔者医院收治的80例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予氯雷他定片进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷片联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶进行治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗期间的临床指标及不良反应,治疗前后的症状积分及皮肤指标。结果:治疗期间,试验组起效、自觉症状消失、客观体征消失及痊愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组自觉症状、客观体征评分、症状总积分及经皮水分丢失量均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而表皮皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量均升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗期间的不良反应发生率(12.50%)与对照组(20.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子可促进糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者皮肤屏障修复,进而有助于改善患者临床症状及体征,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis.Methods 80 patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis admitted to our hospital between February 2019 and February 2020,and divided into the test group and the control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate tablets,and the test group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued treatment for 2 months.The clinical indicators,adverse reactions during treatment,the symptom scores and skin indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results During treatment,the onset of effect,disappearance of conscious symptoms,disappearance of objective signs and recovery time in the test group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms,objective signs and total symptom,and the amount of transcutaneous water loss in the two groups decreaseed,the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the sebum content and skin stratum corneum water content in the two groups increased,the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the test group(12.50%)and the control group(20.00%)were not obviously different(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor could significantly promote skin barrier repair in patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis,thereby helping to improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with high safety.
