This paper conducts risk analysis and assessment for the research and development of parts and equipment systems, identifies risks in the design phase, trial production phase, test use phase, and maintenance support phase, and formulates corresponding corrective and preventive measures to provide reference and technical support for products various management decisions in the development process, and guarantee the successful development and smooth production and application of parts and equipment systems.
