摘要
目的:对“谷子/柴胡套种”和“玉米/柴胡套种”两种套种模式下北柴胡的化学成分进行比较,从化学组成角度阐明两种套种模式下北柴胡的化学成分的差异。方法:采用柴胡皂苷含量测定,结合基于超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法的代谢组学技术以及全球天然产物社会分子网络,对两种不同套种模式的北柴胡进行全面比较。结果:玉米/柴胡套种的北柴胡药材中的柴胡皂苷A和柴胡皂苷D的含量均高于谷子/柴胡套种。通过液质联用鉴定42种柴胡化学成分,进一步通过多元统计分析技术筛选出13个差异化学成分,其中8个成分在玉米/柴胡套种模式下含量较高,而5个成分在谷子/柴胡套种模式下含量较高。结论:不同套种模式北柴胡药材的化学成分存在差异,为北柴胡的生态种植模式研究提供了参考。
Objective:To compare the chemical difference of Bupleurum chinense of“millet B.chinense interplanting”and“corn/B.chinense interplanting”,and to clarify the chemical differences between the two interplanting pattern.Methods:Saponin content determination,combined with Ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)metabonomics and Global natural products social molecular networking(GNPS)molecular network comparison,were used to comprehensively compare the chemical difference of B.chinense with different interplanting methods.Results:The contents of Saponin A and Saponin D in corn/B.chinense interplanting were higher than those in the millet/B.chinense interplanting.A total of 42 compounds were identified by UPLC-MS,and 13 different chemical components were screened out by multivariate analysis.Among them,8 compounds were higher in corn/B.chi⁃nense interplanting,and 5 compounds were higher in millet/B.chinense interplanting.Conclusion:Chemical difference existed in the B.chinense with different interplanting methods,which provided reference for the study of ecological planting modes of B.chinense.
