从“瘀”论治子宫内膜异位症

子宫内膜异位症是一种激素依赖性疾病,病程较长,容易反复。相关文献发现,气滞、寒凝、热灼、气虚、肾虚、痰湿等病理因素导致的气血阻滞是本病的主因,其基本病机为瘀血。在临床中用活血化瘀药治疗本病,根据感邪及表现的不同,辨证施治,取得了满意疗效。

Endometriosis is a hormone-dependent disease with a long course and easy recurrence.The relevant literature found that Qi(气)and blood obstruction caused by Qi stagnation,cold coagulation,heat burning,Qi deficiency,kidney deficiency,phlegm dampness and other pathological factors,is the main cause of this disease,and its basic pathogenesis is blood stasis.In clinic,the medicines of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis was used to treat the disease.According to the different external pathogens and symptoms,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,shows satisfactory results.
