黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on chronic heart failure

目的分析黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和中西医组,每组50例。对照组患者给予西药治疗,中西医组在对照组基础上给予黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能等级、脑钠肽水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)、细胞免疫指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,中西医组LVEF(57.22±3.12)%、CD3^(+)(53.92±5.05)%、CD4^(+)(49.12±5.32)%高于对照组的(52.24±1.25)%、(43.96±4.21)%、(38.71±5.41)%,心功能等级(1.21±0.15)级、脑钠肽(81.26±10.15)pg/ml低于对照组的(2.45±0.22)级、(131.67±20.67)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果确切,可改善患者心功能,纠正心力衰竭,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese and western medicine group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function level,brain natriuretic peptide levels,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cellular immune indicators before and after treatment,and therapeutic effects.Results After treatment,the LVEF(57.22±3.12)%,CD3^(+)(53.92±5.05)%,CD4^(+)(49.12±5.32)% in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were higher than(52.24±1.25)%,(43.96±4.21)%,(38.71±5.41)% in the control group;the cardiac function level(1.21±0.15)grades,brain natriuretic peptide(81.26±10.15)pg/ml in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than(2.45±0.22)grade,(131.67±20.67)pg/ml in the control group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with western medicine has definite clinical effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure,and it can improve the cardiac function and correct the heart failure,which is worthy of promotion.
