摘要
针对汽车轮毂零件自动化打磨的控制系统进行了研究,工作站系统选用西门子S7-1200 PLC、ABB工业机器人、欧姆龙工业相机等硬件,完成了硬件布局;完成了PLC程序设计、ABB工业机器人程序设计,基于工业以太网,阐述了智能化打磨工作站硬件与软件程序间的数据交换方法,并进行了整体联调,结果表明:自动化打磨工作站系统运行稳定,50 s即可完成一个轮毂的打磨,提升了应用效果。
The control system of automatic grinding of automobile hub parts is studied. The workstation system selects Siemens S7-1200 PLC, ABB industrial robot, Omron industrial camera and other hardware, and completes the hardware layout. The PLC program design and ABB industrial robot program design are completed. Based on industrial Ethernet, the data exchange method between hardware and software programs of intelligent grinding workstation is expounded, and the overall joint debugging is carried out. The results show that the automatic grinding workstation system is running stably, and the grinding of a hub can be completed in 50 seconds, which improves the application effect.
