120 km/h典型棚车大风运行安全性分析

摘要 川藏铁路沿线风环境复杂,大风严重危及铁路行车安全。为分析既有120 km/h典型棚车与川藏铁路的适应性,采用数值模拟方法计算了横风作用下P70棚车在平地、路堤以及高架桥等几种典型路况运行时受到的气动载荷,基于欧盟标准EN14067当中的五质量模型分析了棚车大风运行安全性,得到了大风运行时棚车临界倾覆风速。研究结果表明:在三种路况条件下,棚车受到的气动侧向力和侧滚力矩系数均随着侧滑角的增大而增大,在70°~80°时达到最大,随后略有降低。车辆临界倾覆风速随着风向角的增加呈总体下降趋势,风向角为90°时,空棚车以120 km/h速度运行时,在平地、10 m路堤和10 m高架桥上的临界倾覆风速分别为34.3 m/s、26.2 m/s、31.3 m/s。研究可为典型棚车在川藏线的运营安全提供科学参考。 The wind environment along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is complex,and high winds seriously endanger the safety of railroad traffic.In order to analyze the adaptability of the existing 120 km/h typical shed car on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway,numerical simulation was used to calculate the aerodynamic loads on the P70 shed car under cross-wind operation in several typical road conditions,such as flat ground,embankment and viaduct.The safety of the shed car in high wind operation was analyzed based on the five-mass model in EN14067 international standard,and the critical overturning wind speed of the shed car in high wind operation was obtained.The results of the study show that the aerodynamic lateral force and lateral roll moment coefficient of the shed car under three road conditions increase with the increase of side slip angle,reaching the maximum at 70°~80°,and then it slightly decreasing.The critical overturning wind speed of the vehicle shows an overall decreasing trend with the increase of wind angle,and the critical overturning wind speed of the empty shed car,running at 120 km/h with the 90°wind angle,are 34.3 m/s,26.2 m/s and 31.3 m/s on the 10 m embankment and 10 m viaduct on the flat ground,respectively.the study can provide scientific reference for the operation safety of typical shed car on the Sichuan-Tibet Railway line.
