双层振动筛自动筛分最优振幅控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高筛分效率,解决系统容易出现故障的问题,保证控制系统的稳定,提出双层振动筛自动筛分最优振幅控制方法。建立颗粒运动速度与筛分机运动学参数间关系函数,为分析振幅对自动筛分效率的影响提供依据。将筛分效率最高作为目标函数,并综合筛分设备性能与效率两方面因素,完成对目标函数的优化处理。在传统PID控制器基础上,筛分振幅偏差与筛分振幅偏差变化率作为输入,结合模糊推理方式对PID的筛分时间、筛分效率、颗粒大小做在线自动整定,经过反模糊化处理,实现对振幅的最优控制。仿真结果表明,该方法对任意形状的物料自动筛分控制效率始终较高,此外系统稳定性得到有效保障。 In order to improve the screening efficiency, solve the problem that the system is prone to failure and ensure the stability of the control system, an optimal amplitude control method for automatic screening of double-layer vibrating screen is proposed. The relationship function between the particle velocity and the kinematic parameters of the screen is established to provide the basis for analyzing the influence of the amplitude on the automatic screening efficiency. Taking the highest screening efficiency as the objective function, and combining the performance and efficiency of screening equipment, the optimization of the objective function is completed. Based on the traditional PID controller, the screen amplitude deviation and the screen amplitude deviation rate as input, combined with the fuzzy reasoning method of PID screening time,screening efficiency, particle size for online automatic tuning, after anti-fuzzy processing, to achieve the optimal control of the amplitude. The simulation results show that the control efficiency of this method is always high for any shape material screening, and the system stability is effectively guaranteed.
