摘要
某油田玻璃钢集油管道发生泄漏失效。通过宏观观察、尺寸测量、玻璃化转变温度测试、树脂含量测试及微观分析等方法,对管道泄漏失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在弯曲应力或以弯曲应力为主的复合载荷作用下,管道接头应力集中处(外螺纹根部位置)所受应力超过材料能承受的极限应力而发生横向断裂造成泄漏,此应力主要来源于地层沉降和其他外力。
The glass fiber reinforced plastic oil gathering pipeline in an oil field failed due to leakage.The causes of pipeline leakage failure were analyzed by means of macro observation,size measurement,glass transition temperature test,resin content test and micro analysis.The results show that under the action of bending stress or composite load dominated by bending stress,the stress at the stress concentration of the joint(at the root of external thread)exceeded the ultimate stress that the material can bear and transverse fracture occurred.This stress mainly came from stratum settlement and other external forces.
