摘要
本文从含有镍盐的化工污泥中回收NiSO_(4)为目的,分析了此化工污泥中镍的浸出条件,对影响浸出液的条件进行了系统的实验和分析来确定最佳的回收工艺,并且分析了化工污泥中沉铁和沉镍的最佳浸出pH值。讨论了水洗工艺去除Ni(OH)_(2)中杂质的效果,采用酸洗、沉淀和蒸发结晶的方式来回收和提纯NiSO_(4)。通过本文的工艺流程,得到的NiSO_(4)晶体纯度较高,实现了化工污泥的回收和废物的资源化,环境友好且经济效益高。
In this paper,we analyzed the leaching conditions of nickel in chemical sludge containing nickel salts for the purpose of recovering nickel sulfate,and conducted systematic experiments and analysis of the conditions affecting the leaching solution to determine the optimal process,and analyzed the optimal leaching pH value for precipitating iron and nickel in chemical sludge.The recovery and purification of nickel sulfate by means of acid washing,precipitation and evaporation crystallization are discussed.The purified nickel sulfate crystals are of high purity,and the nickel-containing sludge can be reduced and with good economic effects.
