精神分裂症患者出院后治疗依从性、生活质量、日常生活能力康复状况调查

Treatment Compliance,Life Quality,Ability of Daily Living and Rehabilitation Investigation of Schizophrenic Patients After Discharge

目的 对精神分裂症患者出院后进行康复状况追踪以及针对性康复指导,调查患者的治疗依从性、生活质量、日常生活能力的康复状况。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年12月到广东省汕头市第四人民医院治疗的60例精神分裂症状的患者,随机数表法分成常规组和综合组,每组30例,常规组患者采用药物治疗、出院前基础指导,综合组患者在常规组基础上进行出院后康复状况追踪并对患者进行针对性康复指导,对比两组患者康复状况。结果 综合组患者治疗依从性高于常规组,且生活质量和生活能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者干预满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对出院后精神分裂症患者运用跟踪随访调查以及针对性康复指导的延续性方法,可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生活能力,从而使患者的生活质量得到提高,有效促进患者的康复。

Objective To track rehabilitation status of schizophrenic patients after discharge and provide targeted rehabilitation guidance,and the rehabilitation status of treatment compliance,life quality and ability of daily living.Methods The paper chose 60 cases schizophrenic patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and divided them into routine group and comprehensive group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in routine group were treated with drug treatment and basic guidance before discharge,those in comprehensive group with targeted rehabilitation guidance and followup based on routine group.Rehabilitation status was compared between two groups.Results Treatment compliance of comprehensive group was higher than routine group,life quality and ability of life was better than control group (P<0.05);Intervention satisfaction degree of comprehensive group was significantly higher than routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous methods of follow-up investigation and targeted rehabilitation guidance can improve treatment compliance and life ability of schizophrenic patients after discharge,increase life quality and promote rehabilitation of patients effectively.
