渗透树脂与氟泡沫在早期恒牙唇颊面龋治疗中的应用比较

摘要 目的 对比分析渗透树脂和氟泡沫应用在早期恒牙唇颊面龋治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月到2020年10月在我院就诊治疗的76例早期恒牙唇颊面龋患者为研究材料。将其分为两组,38例研究组使用渗透树脂治疗早期恒牙唇颊面龋,38比较组使用氟泡沫治疗恒牙唇颊面龋;比较两组治疗后的效果。结果 研究组的治疗效果明显好于比较组,渗透治疗方法是治疗早期龋病的一种新兴的微创技术,利用渗透树脂结合脱矿釉质晶体,阻止牙釉质的内部脱矿深入发展,增强牙釉质结构,从而对龋病的发展进行抑制。结论 渗透树脂应用在早期恒牙唇颊面龋的治疗当中效果较好,具有良好的修复早期龋齿的能力。 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of infiltrating resin and fluorine foam in the treatment of early permanent dental caries of lip and cheek.Methods Seventy-six patients with early permanent dental lip and cheek caries who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research materials.Divide them into two groups.The study group of 38 cases used penetrating resin to treat early permanent teeth lip and cheek caries,and the 38 comparison group used fluorine foam to treat permanent teeth lip and cheek caries.The effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the comparison group.The osmotic treatment method is an emerging minimally invasive technology for the treatment of early caries.It uses osmotic resin combined with demineralized enamel crystals to prevent the internal demineralization of tooth enamel from developing further and enhance the structure of the enamel,thereby inhibiting the development of caries.Conclusion The application of penetrating resin is more effective in the treatment of lip and cheek caries of permanent teeth and has a good ability to repair early caries.
