摘要
传统的群岛固体废弃物处理方式已经不能满足海岛发展与生态环保的要求,地方政府逐渐采取将岛屿固体废弃物逆向运回至大陆进行离岛处理的方法,但高昂的海运成本是固体废弃物离岛处理的最大阻碍。为了降低群岛固体废弃物逆向物流网络的海运总成本,设计了中转储存运输和直接运输两种系统,并以网络节点选址、航线设置等为规划内容,构建群岛固体废弃物逆向物流网络总成本最低的整数规划模型,提出基于遗传算法与模拟退火算法的混合算法。最后,用MATLAB软件求解算例,结果表明,6号岛屿为中转岛,4、5、10、7、8、2、12、1、11号岛屿采用中转储运方式,3、9号岛屿采用直运方式,使得总成本最小,验证了模型和算法在群岛固体废弃逆向物流规划中的合理性,为实际提供参考。
The traditional methods to dispose the archipelago solid waste can't meet the needs of economic developing and environmental protecting,local government gradually transport solid waste to mainland by reverse logistic,yet,high cost of shipping hinder reverse shipping logistic process.In order to reduce the overall cost of reverse shipping network,two systems including transiting to transferring site built in transferring island and directly transiting to mainland were designed.Mixed integer programming model which involved network's node,shipping routes configuration,was constructed with the least total cost as the object.The hybrid algorithm based on genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm was proposed.The MATLAB software was used to calculate the model.The results show that island 6 is selected transferring island,islands 4,5,10,7,8,2,12,1,and 11 belong to transfer storage transportation system,and islands 3 and 9 belong to direct transportation system.It can make the least cost of reverse logistic network for shipping solid waste.It is proved that the model and algorithm in the study of reverse logistic network for solid waste are valid,which can provide reference for practical reverse logistic network planning of archipelago solid waste.
