The History and Development of China’s Maritime Nautical Books

航海图书是航海使用的各种数据和资料出版物的统称,是船舶安全航行的基本保证。中华人民共和国海事局作为官方航海图书资料出版发行机构,代表国家参与《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》(International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974,SOLAS 1974),向船舶提供种类丰富的航海图书和准确及时的海道测量服务。通过回顾65年来航海图书产品的发展历程,梳理了中国海事测绘产品服务的内容、需求及技术发展现状,并对未来发展前景进行了展望。

Nautical books are the collective name of various data and information publications used in navigation,and the basic guarantee of safe navigation of ships As the official publication and distribution agency of nautical books and materials,Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China signed and participated in the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974(SOLAS 1974),and provides a wide range of nautical books and accurate and timely hydrographic services to ships By reviewing the development history of nautical book products in the past 65 years,we sort out the current situation of the content,demand and technical development of China’s maritime surveying and charting products and services,and forecast its future development.
