摘要
针对目前国内缺乏1 600℃以上长时间超高温环境下有效的温度测试手段,基于超声导波谐振测温原理,采用钼铼合金丝制作了一种半波长导波谐振传感器。通过高温实验获得了传感器性能数据,实验结果表明:该传感器在1 800℃高温环境下分辨率达到了0.32%,重复性为99.77%,符合设计需求。
Aiming at the problem of lack of temperature measurement means for a long time in ultra-high temperature environment above 1 600 ℃ in China, based on the principle of ultrasonic guided wave resonance temperature measurement, a half-wavelength guided wave resonance sensor is fabricated using Mo-Re alloy.The performance data of the sensor are obtained through high temperature experiment.The experimental results show that the sensor has a resolution of 0.32 % and a repeatability of 99.77 % at 1 800 ℃,which meets the design requirements.
