辅助应用疏血通注射液对急性心肌梗死患者凝血指标及心电图变化的影响

Effect of Shuxuetong Injection on Coagulation Index and Electrocardiogram Changes in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究辅助应用疏血通注射液对急性心肌梗死患者凝血指标及心电图变化的影响。方法选取2020年1月-12月在我院接受治疗的120例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助应用疏血通注射液治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、凝血功能、心功能、心电图QTd、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05);观察组血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)凝血酶时间(TT)较对照组长,纤维蛋白原(Fbg)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组射血分数(EF)、心脏指数(CI)、搏动量(SV)、心排出量(CO)均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组QTd及BNP均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,与对照组的6.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辅助应用疏血通注射液治疗急性心肌梗死可提高总有效率,改善凝血功能和心功能,促进心电图指标恢复,且不会增加临床不良反应,是一种安全、有效辅助用药。

Objective To study the effect of Shuxuetong injection on coagulation index and electrocardiogram changes in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 124 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,coagulation function,cardiac function,electrocardiogram QTd,plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 71.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,and fibrinogen(Fbg)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ejection fraction(EF),cardiac index(CI),pulse volume(SV)and cardiac output(CO)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);QTd and BNP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was compared with 6.67%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant application of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can improve the total effective rate,improve coagulation function and cardiac function,promote the recovery of electrocardiogram indexes,and does not increase clinical adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective adjuvant drug.
