摘要
基于2010~2019年25家中国林业上市公司数据,运用因子分析法,选取13个指标构建林业上市公司经营绩效评价体系,得出了林业上市公司经营绩效评价模型,计算了影响因子以及经营绩效综合得分,判断林业上司公司经营绩效水平。结果表明:排名落后且经营绩效不佳的企业均存在主营业务市场竞争力弱、成本费用控制体系不完善导致利润率低下;筹资方式、融资渠道单一,速动资产比例小;资金利用率低、营运效率低下;资本规模较小、发展结构单一等问题。总的来说,林业上市公司整体经营绩效不高且不同公司之间差距较大,提出了应完善成本费用控制体系,优化筹资方式,增加科技投入,以市场为导向寻找新的经济增长点,以实现多元化和规模化发展。
Based on the data of 25 Chinese forestry listed companies from 2010 to 2019, using factor analysis, 13 indicators are selected to construct the operating performance evaluation system of forestry listed companies. The operating performance evaluation model of forestry listed companies is obtained, and the impact factors and comprehensive scores of operating performances are calculated to judge the management performance level of the forestry superior company. Research has shown that companies with lagging rankings and poor operating performance have weak market competitiveness in their main business, imperfect cost and expense control systems, resulting in low profit margins, single financing methods and financing channels, a small proportion of quick assets, low capital utilization, low operating efficiency, small capital scale, single development structure and other issues. In general, the overall operating performance of listed forestry companies is not high and the gap between different companies is large. The cost control system should be improved;fundraising methods should be optimized;scientific and technological input should be increased, and new economic growth points should be market-oriented to achieve diversification and scale development.
