UPR类实体面材线性热膨胀系数影响因素的研究

摘要 依据JC/T 908-2013,基于热机械分析仪(TMA)来测试UPR类实体面材人造石线性热膨胀系数,借助红外光谱仪分析样品的树脂类型,并对树脂类型、树脂含量、添加珠光粉、测试起始温度等影响因素进行分析。结果表明:树脂类型与树脂含量是影响UPR类实体面材人造石线性热膨胀系数的主要因素;同等制备条件下,间苯型树脂的人造石线性热膨胀系数比邻苯型树脂的人造石小,在实际生产中优选间苯型树脂;虽然树脂含量越低,线性热膨胀系数也越低,但树脂含量过低会影响产品的其他性能,控制好树脂含量,意义重大;添加珠光粉,可以达到美观又降低热膨胀系数的效果;在实际测试过程中,推荐将起始温度设置为比温度区间的最低温度低20℃。该研究成果将为人造板等其他建筑材料的线性热胀系数研究提供技术参考。 According to JC/T 908-2013, the linear thermal expansion coefficient of artificial stone of UPR solid surface material is tested based on Thermomechanical analyzer(TMA), the resin type of the sample is analyzed with the help of infrared spectrometer, and the influencing factors such as resin type,resin content, addition of pearlescent powder and test starting temperature are analyzed. The results show that resin type and resin content are the main factors affecting the linear thermal expansion coefficient of UPR solid surface artificial stone. Under the same preparation conditions, the linear thermal expansion coefficient of m-benzene resin is smaller than o-benzene resin, so m-benzene resin is preferred in practical production. Although the lower the resin content is, the lower the linear thermal expansion coefficient is, but the lower the resin content will affect other properties of the product. It is of great significance to control the resin content. Adding pearlescent powder can achieve the effect of beautiful appearance and reducing the coefficient of thermal expansion;In the actual test process,it is recommended to set the initial temperature to 20 ℃ lower than the minimum temperature in the temperature range. The research results will provide technical reference for the study of linear thermal expansion coefficient of wood-based panel and other building materials.
