变电站油位表计设备的无人机巡检系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着无人机在变电站巡检工作中的不断深入应用,电流互感器、变压器、断路器等含油位、表计设备的示数读取已成为迫切需求。当前无人机巡检或是人工手动进行飞行作业,或是孤网运行手动导出巡检图像分析,均未能与变电站现有专网运行的智能巡检系统融合。以变电站无人机巡检系统的建设为出发点,对变电站无人机巡检系统的构成进行模块分解,对各个功能模块进行分析。基于无人机、机场、第三方平台的通信协议及网络拓扑,讨论有线网络、无线网络两种专网接入方式。变电站现场实际应用验证了方案的可行性和有效性,实现了无人机对500 kV电流互感器、变压器、断路器油位点位的自主巡检,巡检正确率、巡检效率均优于基于高清视频的巡检技术。 With the continuous in-depth application of unmaned aerial vehicle(UAV)in substation inspection work,reading of oil level/meter equipment such as current transformers(CT),transformers,and circuit breakers has become an urgent need.The current UAV inspections with manual flight operations,or with isolated network by manually exporting inspection image;have not been integrated with the intelligent inspection system of the running private network in the substation.Taking the construction of the UAV inspection system in the substation as the starting point,this article decomposes the components of the UAV inspection system in the substation and analyzes the various functional modules.Based on the communication protocol and network topology of UAV,airports,and third-party platforms,two private network access methods of wired network and wireless network are discussed.The actual application of the substation site verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme,and realizes the autonomous inspection of the 500 kV CT oil level by the UAV.The inspection accuracy and inspection efficiency are better than those based on high-definition video inspection technology.
