从瘀论治老年性顽固性失眠与血府逐瘀汤的临证运用

Treatment of senile intractable insomnia from blood stasis and clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

探讨老年性顽固性失眠的辨治与运用血府逐瘀汤的临证论治思维。通过对老年性顽固性失眠患者的体质特点与病因病机分析,结合现代医学相关研究结果,探究其与胸痹、消渴、眩晕、中风、不寐的关系及血府逐瘀汤论治顽固性失眠的作用机理与现代药理作用。老年性顽固性失眠用传统思维辨治效果不显时,宜考虑"久病必瘀""顽疾多瘀血",尝试从瘀论治,以活血化瘀为基点,运用血府逐瘀汤治疗,并同时注重患者同患疾病治疗,以提高临床疗效。

To explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment of senile intractable insomnia and the clinical syndrome treatment thinking of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Through the analysis of the physical characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of elderly patients with intractable insomnia,combined with the relevant research results of modern medicine,this paper explores its relationship with chest arthralgia,thirst elimination,vertigo,stroke and insomnia,as well as the mechanism and modern pharmacological effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on intractable insomnia.When the treatment effect of senile intractable insomnia with traditional thinking is not obvious,it is appropriate to consider"blood stasis for a long time"and"blood stasis for stubborn diseases",so we can try to treat it from blood stasis,take promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the basic point,use Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for treatment,and pay attention to the treatment of patients with common diseases at the same time,so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
